Halcyon-class Light Cruiser

The Halcyon-class light cruiser is a light capital ship classification in the UNSC Navy. It is best suited to frontline combat duty alongside other cruisers like the Marathon (shown above for comparison).

History
The Halcyon was designed by Reyes-Mclees shipyards and is a dinosaur compared to most "modern" cruisers. Its reactors are barely enough to properly power it with all systems on, it's slow, unmaneuverable, and has a low armament even compared to Frigates. However what defines the Halcyon is its durability; the ship's unique design allows it to take a large amount of damage and keep moving.

Tactics
Halcyons perform best when used alongside other cruisers, use their durability to have them "tank" damage while the other, better-armed cruisers are free to concentrate fire on the enemy.

To use this ship: This ship has a modest interior with a pilot seat and control chairs to control frigates, fighters, and destroyers. It can also be set to patrol with its remote control block.
