*The Reason it says 'Fixed' is because Jason278 had a hex of this on garrysmod.org. But it was hexed before Bonemerge Tool was there. so The hat Bone Was removed From Jason's version. so i decided to Rehex it.

2*This Cosmetic cannot be seen. unless its bonemeged. its having a lightning issue as well. use a Lamp or a Expensive light from advanced Lightning Entitle
