Years have passed and I still enjoy playing this game, but now I am brave than ever and decided to make my own a Counter-Strike 1.6 Server. And as you know MOTD Screen is the main part of identity of your server and welcoming your people in the best way you can is very important thing.

This is the first thing someone will see when it comes to your server and default one is this:

Well easy peasy, first of all use any kind of photo editing software to make the picture you wanna put there. I would recommend (if you don't have photoshop) using http://www.getpaint.net/index.html for local use and PIXLR[pixlr.com] for online editing.
After you are done with the image you can add it to your motd.txt file which is located in your cstrike directory of your game. The code you have to put in motd file is:

Only think you have to change is the site url where it says <frame src= with your own.

If you are happy and satisfied with your image in motd you should know that you can add music also, but more interesting you can even add what ever site you want that will load the image a button + welcome music. To do that just go to WIX[wix.com] and make a simple html website (like this one[feruchio599.wix.com]), their site building is easy and pretty fast to use. After you finish you can enjoy how cool looks your motd screen of your server.
