Adds Hello Kitty Patterns for weapons and armor

- It includes War of the Chosen support. It might show a /!\ in the mod launcher but don't worry, I tested with every major customisation mod and it seems nothing was broken.

Dont worry if you're still playing Vanilla. It should work the same :)
