Tkyl's Save Scum

Description
Reseed the RNG with a random number upon loading mission.

This mod will reseed the game's RNG upon loading a tactical mission and is done automatically. You can also turn off this functionality at any time by modifying the config variable "m_bEnableSaveScum" in the config file "XComSaveScum" located in the mods Workshop Folder. (\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\621237465\Config\) You will then need to close and restart the game.

The mod also saves the RNG state of when the save was made, in case you decide to disable the Save Scum feature.

The SaveScum feature can be enabled/disabled at any time without having to start a new campaign and will work with any Save game you currently have.

*Note: As with any other mod, any saves made with this mod enabled will no longer work if the mod is uninstalled.

*Let me know if you have any issues.

If you're having trouble with this mod, you likely have a conflict (as I did). Apparently squad size related mods in particular are troublesome, although for me I had to disable everything else and unsub+resub to get it working again.

So it does work, but is conflict prone. Be warned.

whats funny is im getting different rolls already and was looking for the opposite of this mod. why my luck stat IRL gotta be zero with this RNG shit.

The mod seems to be active but it just REFUSES to Delete the RNG save files for certain saves... It just STOP WORKING!!

Could it be that this mod doesn't work in the alien hunter encounters? I'm facing the King Viper and cannot hit him regardless how many times I reload.
