Description
In case you ever just thought you needed an anti-tank rifle to get you through the day, here I am to serve your needs.

This mod allows you to equip your grenadiers with a high powered rifle that has shred and armor pierce as well as being the highest damage dealer in the game. Now, you might be thinking that this is broken, and i've unbalanced the game with this unholy introduction. well the AM Rifle has one critical flaw, it takes both a 2 actions to fire and autoloaders and extended mags are ineffective(read as they don't work, so don't put them on the gun, I unfortunately can't stop you from equiping them, but they won't help you) at helping the gun overcome it's burden of massive firepower.

Now I did this in a kinda of lop-sided way, and that's the first thing you'll notice when you use the weapon. It has 4 ammo, each shot consumes 4, meaning if you put a superior extended mag on the weapon you will still need to reload after firing. Now this lets you use ability like supression and demolision, but you will not be able to directly fire the weapon. Also autoloaders just won't do anything, I removed their functionality with regards to this weapon.

Shredding stacks with it's functionality, but you can also choose to go straight down the grenade focused path.

As with my other mods everything is editable in the config file, unfortunately it wouldn't let me put as much as i'd like so you can't remove some of the restrictions i've impossed such as autoreloaders or extended mag. Though I think I might be able to do it if i thought about it a bit more. So be on the look out for an update if I get lots of requests for people to break the game. :P

I would love to have it ingame but I understand when you make something so damn cool, only to be outdated by few days later :(

outdated beyond belief.

they changed how weapon modding worked shortly after release and I had already lost satisfaction playing the game by then.

I understand that this mod is fairly old, but I'd still like to use it. After installing, it doesn't show up for any of my soldiers to equip. Is it locked behind research, or just outdated? Thanks in advance for the response.

This is a really neat idea! Can be really good with another class mod's skill that's basically a free limited squadsight to any primary (can't remember the name of said mod), I might try it out with that.

Is it just my eyes or is the gun huge as well?
