Alternate Charger Voice Part 2

Description
The charger has regained what tiny bit of humanity he has left to somewhat achieve the ability to speak, though the things he has to say are not friendly at all.

This mod changes the chargers voice with the Locust from the Gears of War franchise, Hope you like it!

Weird, in my game it was fairly loud, you sure it's not just the deep voice being hard to recognize?
