StG-44 Improved Textures Shiny Metal

Description
This is default StG-44 texture, but with improved shader and lighting, so it looks more metallic and realistic. Default textures had no specular at all, also no normal map for some parts. This was fixed

Sure, though this is an old low quality stg-44 model from early DOI builds

'Tis impossible. Like fitting mg42 to m4a1. Anims will look ugly
