Fallout 4 V.A.T.S

**IMPORTANT** -This addon has now been updated!
TO DISABLE THE CHANCE SYSTEM, type: 'vats_chance 0' in the console

As promised I have released my second Fallout related addon. This is Compatible with the Power Armor addon.
**NOTE** The 'Laser Rifle' you see in the video is a custom one I created. It is not available public.

This is a V.A.T.S System made for any gamemode that will simulate V.A.T.S from the fallout series, but specifically Fallout 4's.

**Controls**
-'E' while facing an NPC or Player to activate or to deactivate
-'Left Mouse Click' to highlight points while in V.A.T.S
-'X' to execute the attack

Console Commands
--------------------------
vats_maxmarks <number> (This is the maximum amount of points one can mark when in V.A.T.S)
vats_chance <number> (Setting to 1 enables the chance system, anything less than one disables it)

**Single Player Use**
-This will slow down time to allow for more percision when aiming. Places to shoot must be highlighted as there is no actual aim assist.

**Multiplayer Use**
-It will still be usable on both players and NPC's but there is no slowing down time in this instance, making it harder to hit good points.
