Alternative Temperate Theme

This theme is an adaption of the regular temperate one.

The grass is less bright, the rock is no "mossy cobblestone" anymore, the pavement is a light-colored concrete, the wasted grass is now gravel (which I prefer for roads, but sadly the same texture is used for trees as well), fertile grass is less intensive.

Fog and rain is less likely, the sky at night is a bit darker, the sun has a higher altitude at midday.
