First of all, driving up a mountain, shouldnt be that difficult.
There are a few aspects, you should keep in mind.
-) Accelerate allways to the speed limit
-) Brake maneuvers need only 500 yard preparement
-) Try to reach the allowed speed


When you passed this bridge, the 1% climb starts

Dont worry if your speed is far away by the speed limit, just continue your climb, when you passed the rolling highway, the climbing rate will reduce a little bit.

The complete route is split up to 3 scenarios, all of them have the same difficulty level, expect scenario 2, the climb rate there isnt that hard as in scenario 1&3.
When you reached scenario 3 and this bridge, keep the red signal on the other side in mind, let the brakes activated even for the restart, otherwise the train will go downhill again.
That means, 24% train brakes until you reached 500 ampere power output, before releasing the brakes.

Down
First of all, you will recognize a difference, downhill your train transports a rolling highway, much more weight then the first train up.
When you are at the bridge cross, your dynamic brakes should be activated allready.

Like the first route, the second route is also split up to 3 scenarios, the second one will continue at rain conditions.
Important Tips: If you drive -1% the dynamic brakes need about -400 Ampere power outpiut, you can control the complete train by dynamic brakes or make small correctures by the train brake at 24%.
-) Brake maneuvers need 1 mile preparement
-) Sand should be activated nearly all time on stage 3. even if there is no rain even more
-) Sand should be activated for any brake maneuver on all 3 stages

As in the climbing scenario, part 2 is may the easiest one again, because the climbing rate is pretty soft.
You will meet also very straight passages in scenario 3, where you have to turn off the dynamic brakes completely and start acceleration again.
Very important: Keep the 10 seconds delay of the dynamic brakes activation in mind.


I completed 5/6 scenarios with 1000 points, and 1 with 990 points.
