To set up the Pacific Standard Job, you have to pay Lester $100'000.
This heist contains the following missions:

• Setup 1: Vans
  You have to take pictures of four vans. Then Lester tells you which one he wants you to steal.
  Time to complete this setup: about 7-15 minutes
  
• Setup 2: Signal
  You have to rescue Avi Schwartzman and bring him to Paige.
  Time to complete this setup: about 14-18 minutes
  
• Setup 3: Hack
  You have to steal a hacking rig from a High-End Crew and distract them.
  Time to complete this setup: about 8-13 minutes
  
• Setup 4: Convoy
  You have to stop a convoy in Blaine Country and steal a truck with termal charges.
  Time to complete this setup: about 12-16 minutes
  
• Setup 5: Biker
  You have to kill a gang of Biker and steal their Lectros for your escape after the heist.
  Time to complete this setup: about 5-10 minutes
  
• Finale: The Pacific Standard Job
  You have to get in the bank, take out the guards and steal all the money.
  Time to complete this setup: about 22-27 minutes

After you completet the heist you unlocked the following vehicles:

In this setup you have to take photos of four vans that drive around the city. You can see what they look like on the two pictures below.
You split up in two teams: Drivers and navigators. The two navigators have a app called 'Trackify' on their phones, which allows them to track the vans.

If you play with friends and talk with them, it can be an advantage to drive together as driver and navigator, so the navigator can focus on taking pictures while the driver follows the van. Otherwise I would say it´s better if the navigators drive on their own, because if you can´t communicate, it´s an disadvantage to drive together.

An important tip: Don´t touch the vans or get the drivers' attention in any way. The setup will fail if you do.

After you took a picture of all four vans Lester will tell you which one he needs for the heist. When you get the location approach the van, kill the driver and take the wheel. If one of your teammates kills the driver, pulls him out of the van but doesn't enter it, you should be able to drive the van without getting wanted levels.

In the end you can bring the van to Lester´s garbage factory where Paige is waiting for you. She gets the transponder you need for the second setup and the mission is cleared.

In this setup you have to get Avi Schwarzman and take him to Lester´s assisstent, Paige. She is at a little shed in the north of the map. Avi is on a island. The game says you have to get there with sea sharks, but it´s a lot easier when you have a helicopter; here I show you where you can find one. Drive to the waypoint you see on the right side on the map. There you have to climb on the roof, but carefull, the way isn´t very broad.

You can see where to go on the two pictures above. On the roof you can find a helicopter. I don´t know what situation is required, but the helicopter doesn´t spawn in every setup. If this happens, you have to drive with a car to the coast
and drive with seasharks to the island. Here is another tip: Don´t drive to the seasharks at the location you´re given. If you do you have to drive nearly half of the map with seasharks. Drive to the red point in marked in the picture. From this location you´re clearly faster. The purple dot is the island where you have to kill the cops and get Avi.

Now you have to fly to the island in the north where Avi is waiting for rescue. The best way is, when three of you, or all except of the pilot, jump out and parachute down. They have to kill some of the guards so that the helicopter doesn´t get too much damage.

After you killed all guards you can go get Avi. After the short video sequence you have to escape. Get back in the helicopter. If you know maths you see a problem: Four guys and Avi Schwarzman are five guy, but the helicopter has only four seats. So one of you has to stay back. He can chill on the island, or he takes a seashark and drives across the river behind you in the helicopter. Fly around and get altitude so you can lose the cops. After you did that you have to fly to the shed and the mission is cleared.


If you don´t have the helicopter the escape is a bit more difficult, but also achievable. You can drive with the police boat along the river. At the big lake in the middle of the map you can drive around until you lost the cops. Get on land and steal a car, but only steal it, don´t shoot the driver, you could get a star back ^^. Avi will join you in the car and you have to bring him to Paige.

In this setup you have one driver and three decoys. Actually, your task is to drive all together to Lester´s garbage factory, but it´s enough that only the driver gets there and take the required van. So my tip: The three decoys drive to the location I marked with the purple dot on the picture below.

While the driver gets the van and brings it to the target location, the three decoys can kill all guys there. If you have a Kurma you can just stay in it and kill all enemies outside. If not, you have to walk slowly and hide behind some obstacles or house corners while you kill all enemies one by one. After you cleared the whole place you have to wait for the driver with van.

Then you see the driver taking a hack device from the black van on the parking lot into the white van. The three decoys drive away with the black van and distract the enemy gang while the transporter takes the white van with the stolen device back to Lester. The guys in the black van will have to deal with some enemies. My tip is that one drives and the other two sit in the back. There you can use heavy weapons like assault gun or shotguns. That´s an easy way to kill the enmies coming for you. In the end you have to destroy the black van and after the white van is delievered to Lester, the setup is cleared.

In this setup you have to steal a truck from a convoy in Blaine County. The drive there may be a bit long, so you could skip it if all player sit in the same car and had done this setup before.

So at first you have to get to a bridge. There you should stay and wait for the helicopter that wil come for you. It´s easy to shoot it down when you scope with a sniper rifle at the mountain you see on the pictures below. On the first picture you see where to park and wait for the helicopter, on the second picture you see where it exaclty comes from.

After you got the helicopter you have to get back in your cars and drive in direction of the convoy. Be carefull with the Pickup Insurgent in the convoy and try to shoot the gunner as fast as you can. When all Merryweather guys are dead you can take the truck and the Insurgent. That´ll be very helpfull for the rest of the setups, because more enemies and also some helis will come for you. So one drives the truck and two the Insurgent. The fourth guy can drive whatever he wants or he joins one the other vehicles.

At some point you will have killed all enemies and a yellow dot will appear and you have to take the truck to the shed where you allready put Avi and Setup 2: Signal.

This setup is the easiest in my opinion. You have to drive to a bike club and steal four Lectros. When you got there you have to kill a lot of bikers. If you have a Kuruma you can just drive threw everything. If not you can kill some of them from a distance and then you can hide behind the wall in front of the gang.
Most of them are in the big middle space. But some are hiding behind the houses and sheds on the left and the right.
When you got this you have to steal the Lectros. Each of you has to drive one Lectro. On the picture on the right you can see how they look like. Get sure you have a Lectro, there are a lot more bikes around, but just four Lectros.

Then you have to drive away. The bikes have KERS (kinetic energy recovery system) so you get an extra boost with pressing 'E'. The bar increases when you brake. This boost is very helpfull for your escape, because a lot of enemies will try to stop you on your way to the target point.

When you arrived at the house where you have to put down the Lectros the last setup is passed and you can start the finale.

At first, this heist finale is a lot easier if you own an apartment near the bank you´re robbing. Because there you can take a car you want that´s maybe faster and safer than the stolen Lectros from Setup 5: Bikes. The apartment I´m talking about is described on the pictures below. You can buy it for $115'000 on www.dynasty8realestate.com.
The best vehicle is a Kuruma, but if you don´t own one you can also drive with another car, I think every car is safer than bikes.


But now the heist finale of the Pacific Standard Job. The finale of the finale heist. You can earn $1'000'000 on standard difficulty and $1'250'000 on hard difficulty.

You team for this mission contains a hacker, a demolition and two crowd-control. The demolition opens the doors with the termal charges you stole ín Setup 4: Convoy, the hacker hacks the safe doors and the crowd control managed to keep the hostages in the bank under their control. Here´s a little helpfull tip: If you stand with a RPG next to the hostages (just stand next to them, nothing else required) they keep fully intimdated and you don´t have to shoot around (ilttle disadvantage: The RPG is unlocked at Rank 100)

At first you have to get to the bank. There you kill the two guards near the door. Then the demolition does his job on the first two doors. While he´s doing that the other three shoot around so that the hostages keep intimidated. Or the stand around with a RPG if one of you already reached Rank 100 (as I mentioned above)
Then you can go downstairs. Be careful with the two guards down there. After you kiled them the hacker can do his job:
He has to hack the safe door. You can see the 'hack game' on the left side. Just click left mouse button when the red letter is in the blue framework. After you completed this the demolition has to open a last door, then you have access to the money.
Now here´s the most important tip. It helps you the take the highest possible amount of money out of this mission. Normally you lose money for every point of damage one of the money carrier get. To avoid this one of you takes all the money and stays in the bank while the other three fight their way to the apartment. There you can get a car and fetch you mate in the bank.
When all the money is collected you have to get up the entrance of the bank. There you see a lot of cops waiting for you outside the bank.

After a short video sequence you have to kill all these cops. But remember: Just the three guys without the money. The one with money stays back to prevent him from damage. He has to take a few steps out so he left the bank once. Just do it when all cops in front of the building are killed by the other three. They have to fight their way threw some alleys to the Lectros you put there in Setup 5: Bikes. After you killed all cops at the street in front of the bank you have to go down an alley on the right. Kill the policemen you see and get in the yard on your right. Now jump over the fence and on the roof. You will get a little damge, but it´s easier and faster than taking the route near the police. When you´re down there get the checkpoint and go around the house. After you killed some more cops you can go to the location with bikes. If you follow my tip with the apartment next to this location you have to destroy the bikes.
Then you´re allowed to take other vehicles. climb up here and get into your apartment. Sometimes you have to wait a short period of time, because some cops are to near to you. When you entered the house go into your garage and take your car (Kuruma). After the other two joined the car drive to the bank and fetch your guy with the money.

After the fourth guy with the money entered the car you have to drive down the escape route the other three took once again, so that the money carrier also escaped on the route. After you did that the trip to Blaine County starts.
Drive carefully and don´t crash into anything, so that the occupants (therfore the guy with the money) don´t get damge. When you follow the route into the mountain Lester tells you to jump off the clip. You can do that if you´re sure that you have enought speed. Or you drive down the cliff very carefully and get to the boat. After you got in all and drive away the final is completed.
