I think i have accomplished it using more network stuff and fine road hights myself. Without using a hex editor. Haven't used one of those for many years.
What i meant was a metro tube going in a straight line north-south. Your versions is with diagonal lines. Cudos for doing it in the first place.
But perhaps you should still make if, just so your collection is "complete".
It is not easy to create metro stations with different kinds of tracks. First it is useful to use the mod "More Network Stuff"

With this mod you can add more pedestrian ways and metro platforms. But to modify it in detail, it is necessary to change the source code of the asset file. Here you can find a useful tutorial for editing such a asset file:

Therefore you also need an hex editor. You see it is hard work, but at the end it will be nice to have an individual and new asset.
