There are already several voice packs for the rest of the Archer characters out there, so it wouldn't be very productive to make any more :)
I can absolutely recommend eldritch68 archer voice packs on Nexusmods ( http://www.nexusmods.com/xcom2/mods/466/? ). Read the description in that link for the rest of the archer characters :)
Otherwise, there are several other mods here in the workshop that also have archer characters as voice packs. Search for "Archer" in the Xcom 2 workshop and you'll find them.

One of the later posts mentions how to properly get the file to the proper size. For some reason, Modbuddy generates this huge shader cache file for mods that don't even need it. The shader cache is only needed for models/textures.
