Now you can do it! For free and in just a few minuts!

• You have to be at least level 10 on Steam
  
• You have to own a Steam Profile Background in your inventory
  
• 10 minutes of your free time

You have all? Okay, we're ready!

You have no risk of losing your account. I have used it multiple times.
This webpage uses the Steam API to log in such as webpages such as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, DOTA2Lounge, TF2Scrap, ...

ATTENTION! You don't have to log in with your Steam account to do this but login in will make this work easier and faster! I'm not the owner of the webpage so I'm not any kind of support of this webpage!

The first step is to visit the following webpage: http://sapic.github.io

We'll be in this web:

Now, we have to login using the Steam API (clicking in the green button).
The Steam API is a secure connection, and this won't scam your account or VAC ban it.
(Read "Is this secure for my account?" for further information)

Finally, we'll be logged in the website with our account and our avaible backgrounds to crop will be visible in the upper part of the webpage:

Time to pick your background, for instance, I'll use "Reborn" from Tomb Raider (you can check it here)

The following thing is to click "View Full Size" in the webpage of the product:
Then, we'll be redirected to the photo in a better resolution, you should be in this web if your following this tutorial with the same background:

Finally, you have to copy the link of that web (the one which appears on the navigation bar)
It always will start with "https://steamhost.cn/cdn_akamai_steamstatic_com/"

Let the magic begin baby!
Go again to the website and paste the link of the background in the text-box below the simulated profile like in the photo

Then, click the "Change BG" button.

Now, it's time to focus.

Once it is done, you have to click the "Download all images" button from the top of the page (near the nickname of the fake profile)
Once you click it, a .RAR file will start downloading from your browser automatically.

Time to get serious.
Once you have this pictures on your PC you will see that in this case the "important ones" are in the Artwork section (because the main image of Lara that appears in our background appears on the Artwork Showcase in the webpage, we can change it for the Screenshot one just clicking in the arrows)



We'll have to go to our Steam Profile and click "Artwork" in the right section of it
Then, you have to click the "Upload Artwork" button.

Now type the game that you are using or just click "Not Game Specific"

• Title: You can write anything you want
  
• Select the image that you're going to use, if you want to use all of them upload them individually. You can upload them in any order, it won't affect to our work.
  
• Description: You can write anything you want.

You have uploaded all your images right? Okay, lets see the easy part.

Remember that you are at least level 10 on Steam so you can show featured showcases on your profile (Level 10= 1, Level 20= 2, ...)

Go to "Edit Profile" and then scroll down, you will see that you can show one featured showcase so mark it as "Artwork Showcase" (JUST IN CASE THAT YOU HAVE UPLOADED THE IMAGES LIKE AN ARTWORK, IF YOU UPLOADED THEM LIKE A GAME SCREENSHOT YOU'LL HAVE TO SELECT "Screenshot Showcase")

You have to click in the blue icon and then select the image that you have uploaded.
Follow this order:

• artwork_center in the middle (the big one)
  
• artwork_right_1top (in the small pics from the right, the top one)
  
• artwork_right_2middle (in the small pics from the right, the middle one)
  
• artwork_right_3bottom (in the small pics from the the bottom one)

Then, save your profile and your profile will be done!

I know that there's an existent guide like mine but I think that mine is easier to understand and you have different pics to compare with with your profile.
