Alchemy Woes: Only One Provider

Description
Breaking out just the alchemy part of Regalion's mod, and making sure its 1.4.x compatible. Not thoroughly tested yet, but registering so I can just leave it on. This should prevent the other alchemists
from suddenly finishing potions. Basically instead of a random 3-5, you can get a specific 9. There's only one ingredient provider they have handy it seems.

Also now merged with Alchemist Quest Reward Description, which was broken and is fixed here.

don't see any other mods meddling with alchemist in my list
maybe someone will confirm it working or not ?

I try to submit the quest and take the final reward(Taint of Purging) from Ungrol of Last Hope,but I got error here,I think it's because the final reward was changed in ver1.6.

What's wrong xxnlti? Aside from that one closing bug, it seems like it still works fine with 1.7.
