Lighting

When building a level in Gunscape, it’s easy to forget about using lighting. Lighting can be a really good way to guide and communicate to the player, and done well, should feel seamless. This guide will give you some functional tips and tricks to help you gain control of your map’s lighting!
Screenshots and Intro and Outro Texts
LINK TO THE TUTORIAL[playgunscape.com]

This guide will help you set up screenshots, and intro and outro texts for your Gunscape levels.

Intro and outro texts give your levels a better storyline (as you can actually explain the player your map's setting). Additionally, screenshots are the first impression that other players are going to get when they’re choosing which level they want to play. They might be the deal breaker.
Ambient Music
LINK TO THE TUTORIAL[playgunscape.com]

This guide will teach you how to set up ambient music in your maps.

Ambient music is one of the key features to set the correct mood in your maps. Most good games make sure that they have the right kind of music to go with whatever action is happening in the game; without it, playing a game could be boring, even if the mechanics of it and/or the story is quite entertaining.
Terminal Systems

This guide will explain and show how to use Terminal Systems.

Terminals are in-game features that allow you to write messages for the player in your map. They can be really helpful when you want to enhance the storytelling of your map.
Circular Menu
LINK TO THE TUTORIAL[playgunscape.com]

This guide will explain every part of our Circular Menu.

Gunscape has many options that make building a map a lot easier than you might thin it is. Thinking that making map is going to take forever if you build it block by block? Can’t find an undo or redo button or didn’t know that these existed? Well, then, this tutorial might be perfect for you.
Traps and the Environment

This guide will teach you to use traps and the environment to make your maps even harder for other players. The guide is divided in two parts.

Part 1 is about traps. Having enemies and bosses to fight in your level is not the only way to keep the action going in your maps. Another way of making your levels harder is to play around with the traps that our different packs have. In this tutorial, then, we will explain you how some of these traps work, and how you could use them.

Part 2 is about the environment. There are certain blocks that, if the player steps on them or gets too close to them, will damage the player. You can also use these blocks together with traps to make a lethal combination!
