Sakari
Configuring
-Stasis Tube, Navigation, Fridge, Tactical, Scanner, Needle Pistol, 20mm Gatling Gun x2
Pause. Bring up fleet management and put the stations onto your ship. Drag the guns into the gun slots. Pull up crew management and give one of your crew the needle pistol. If you don't like their names, you can change them. (Just don't hit Z!) Assign one of them to navigation and the other to scanning. Now, allocate two energy to stations, two energy to weapons, and the other seven to engines. Save. Pull up your map. You can visit Yunqi or Trade Co and spend your 100 dy, but you can't afford anything really useful yet. Rebirth cannot be landed on. You can visit Zephyr if you want to make a few dy and buy more equipment before visiting Sakari.
How not to lose any crewmen on Sakari
If your health ever falls below 5, return to your ship, give your other crewman the pistol, and bring him back to the field of action. If a health pack (a red box) drops, be sure your weaker crewman or a fully healthy crewman touches it first.
Colony A
Head over to Sakari, pull up planet view and select Colony A. Disembark your armed crew member. The only things to your left are resources you can collect later. To your right are some enemies (~2 HP). Try to move onto their level when they overlap. Gaurd. Jump up the hill when they get close to avoid taking damage. Advance to the red robot (~7 HP) and use the same tactics. Keep going left until you meet a blue android. He'll tell you about the key to Colony B if you talk to him. Right click the red button on the upper left to unlock the door. Use the middle platform to avoid the enemies. Jump down after they pass and gaurd. When they get close, jump back up. When you reach the next pair of enemies, you won't be able to dodge them by jumping.

Enter the large building. Press the two switches and position yourself between the higher switch and the hole. Gaurd and wait for the red robot to fall in the hole. Use the shoot-and-jump tactics again. Climb the ladder to the left when the next red robot is on the far left. You know the drill for killing him. Collect the keycard and kill the last red robot. Now, set both crewmen to harvest all the resources scattered around. They will automatically avoid the trick data station that only deals damage. Use the fast forward button if you don't want to wait. When your crew say "No more resources," you can take off and go to Colony B.
Colony B
Disembark your armed crewman and kill the enemy at the bottom of the screen. Then talk to the blue android and enter the building on the right. Try not to fall down to the bottom if you can help it. This may require jumping one hole at a time. If you do fall, get out quickly. Kill the first red robot from the doorway platform. Take advantage of your bad accuracy to kill the next one from the right side of the third hole. The blue robot has a gun with more range than you do, so you can't dodge him. Unfortunately, the weapon that drops around here is the Riot Shield, and it is hard to use effectively on the small platform with the blue robot. At this point, you should orbit and land to repair your armor.

Wait for the four red robots to move to the left end of the next floor. Move into range and gaurd. When one gets close, back up and gaurd again. When you run out of space, just climb back down and wait for more room. Duel the next blue robot. Use the shoot-and-back-up tactics on the red robots as you hit the switches. Grab the Interstellaria and the coins. You are now free to leave and go to Trade Co.

If you want all the resources, head left and kill the two enemies and the red robot. Then come back to the building on the left and use the shoot-and-back-up tactics on the group of enemies on the bottom floor. You can now safely auto-harvest.
Hills
You don't need to come here, but you can use the resources available. If you get an event offering technology when you land, choose "leave it." It will deal 20 damage to your ship if you don't. Use your discretion to determine if you have enough health to fight all the enemies. Much of the resources can be collected without fighting any of them.
To Trade Co
If you see a hostile ship, try to outrun it by allocating your weapon energy to engines. You may have to go to Zephyr to shake it off if it keeps you from getting to Trade Co. Once at Trade Co, talk to the person in the Spacebar. He'll tell you about Nomad Bryan and give you a log item. Before you head to Xiwang, check out the shops on the right. If you fought any battles on your way here, you will have noticed you need another crewman. Your next priority is weapons, followed by ship repair. Ship repair will take precedence if you took too much damage to your ship. Be sure and sell all your Valuable Scrap--Trade Co pays extra. If you have enough money, buy a Medical Box and heal your crew. Assuming you have collected everything mentioned above, you should be able to afford a crewman, Needle Pistol, and Medical Box. Be sure to install any stations (like that Medical Box) when you orbit.
Xiwang
Overworld
When you first reach Xiwang, only one drop site is available. Land. Disembark your armed crewmen. Head right and fight the three Boars. Continue right and enter the cave. Talk to the Bounty Hunter. Ignore the Bounty Hunter's advice and keep going. The lower path leads to five Boars. Fight them only if you want loot. The upper path leads to a scroll that will unlock the Underground drop site. Since you now have a Med Box, you can fight the remaining Boars and collect the resources. If your health becomes low, just return to the ship and heal. Hoefully, some Leather Armor will drop while you fight the Boars. Be sure to equip all of it. When you orbit, transfer any extra clothing to your ship inventory to free up space.
Underground
Try to catch one of the Boars before it leaves the field of view. Have one crewman gaurd on the ledge before the Bat and have the other move closer to trigger it. Then climb down the ladder and use the shoot-and-jump tactics on the Boars. Once they are gone, you can fight the Bats and descend the next ladder. Once down, guard to kill the Bat without taking damage. The Bat on the far right can be skipped, but it is guarding precious gems. Continue through the cave, killing Bats as you go. If you go left at the large cavern, you will find a locked door. You will need to come back to it later. Climb the ladder at the entrance to the large cavern. Go left at the landing to grab another scroll. This one unlocks the Caves drop site. Continue up and kill all the Bats that you can. You can now harvest safely before going to the Caves.
Caves
Enter the cave and go up. Kill the Bats and try to shoot the four-legged Small Spiders from a distance or lower level. When you reach the top of the cave, you will see a giant cobra. Use the shoot-and-jump tactics to avoid feeling its 3-damage attacks. You have just enough time to fire two Needle Pistol rounds before retreating. When you finally kill the snake, you will get a piece of TNT. This will allow you to open that locked door in the Underground. You can return there now or clear out the remaining enemies and collect the resources.
Underground again
This area may have respawned. If it did, you'll have to fight the enemies again. Once you have cleared the path to the door, return to your ship and make sure every crewman has full health, full ammunition, and a Health Pack if available. Then come back and descend that last ladder. Run across to the right side and try to jump down when Nomad Bryan is in your range. His gun deals 3 damage and has twice the range of a Needle Pistol, so this fight is going to depend on how many guns you have. When he's dead, you will automatically collect the reward and a catalogue. Collect any remaining resources and return to space. Trade Co will contact you about a great place to get information. You can return to Trade Co or continue to the next page of this guide.
Cylus
If you did not spend your money yet
Go to Yunqi to sell all your extra clothing. Hire another crewman and buy him a Standard Pistol. Then proceed to Cylus.
Ancient Ruins
Land at the Ancient Ruins. Kill the Frog Dog and talk to the Human in white. Then enter the temple. You can skip the enemies on the first two floors if you don't want the resources. Kill the two Frog Dogs on the fourth floor from the platform to the right of the ladder. Use the shoot-and-back-up tactics to kill the stone golem. Climb to the seventh floor to grab the Ancient Slab. You can now harvest all the Ancient Artifacts if you killed all the enemies in the temple. By the time you finish, the Wisps outside the temple may have reached your ship. Use fastforward to help them get there if you want to fight them.
Hills
When you take off, you will receive a transmission of static that seems to mention a map. Save. Transfer old armor, Flowers and Herbs, Vines and Roots, and Data to Fleet Cargo. Land at the Hills drop site and harvest the resources. Then kill as many Wisps as you can to get more Alien Armor. If you get a Goo Gun, replace your Riot Shield with it.
Cyala
Head Coreward and land at Cyala. Sell all your Data and old armor here. If you replaced your Riot Shield, sell that too.
Ghfi
There are two ways to complete this section. Either go to Paren and buy 55 canisters of The Ooze and take them to Ghfi, or do things the rewarding way. If you want more armor, keep reading. If you get offered a mutated crewman upon landing at any location, turn it down to avoid damaging your crew.
HQ
Talk to the leftmost Suna. Select "How can I help?" then "I'll help" to get access to the Valley drop site.
Valley
Climb down the cliff and fight the Flat Bugs. They bounce around too much for shoot-and-jump tactics, so just set your crew to gaurd. Return them to your ship to heal when their health gets low. Avoid the toxic drip. Kill the small green Bloblets with the shoot-and-back-up tactics. If you have a Goo Gun, they shouldn't be able to touch you. Climb the other side of the valley and duel the large Blobert. It will split into two Bloblets. Be sure to get in pistol range of the last Bloblet before guarding to kill it. Collect all seven goop piles lying around. Return to HQ for your next assignment.
Caves
You will notice a Flat Bug bouncing infront of your ship when you land. When it comes back, it will bring one of its friends. Enter the cave to your right. Kill the Bloberts from a distance where possible. They cannot leave their platform. Fight the Bloberts on the left of your landing zone by guarding from the lower ledge. One more Flat Bug will join the fight. The two Bloberts not in this cave can be killed at a distance. Harvest all The Oozes and get your last assignment.
Old Factory
Kill the enemies the same way you killed the others. The biggest threat here is the large number of drips. Be sure to collect the Engineering console at the top of the second building. Install it when you return to space. Stop by at the Valley if you don't have enough canisters to complete your assignment. Return to HQ for a chip that grants access on Oloke.
Oloke
Finding the missing girl
Land at the Capitol Village. Start by going right and selling your old armor and Ancient Artifacts. Then continue right and talk to the chief. Select "How can I help?" then "I'll help." Go to the Jungle drop site. Climb down and fight the small yellow Spit Lizards running around below the ladder. Next, enter the cave and fight the two Big Dinos. Keep going left and then climb up. One last Big Dino will be guarding the lost girl. Talk to her and return to the chief for another task.
Collecting fruit
To avoid fighting, you can travel to Wiegre and buy some Fruits and Vegetables. To get them for free return to the Jungle. It should be just as you left it. Now, fight the Spit Lizards on the right. You will probably have to return to your ship to recharge ammunition and health. Collect all the fruit. If you don't find 15, you can go to the Capitol Village to train your crew while you wait for the Jungle to respawn, or you can just go to Wiegre for as many as you need.
Killing the large green beasts
You will have to wait for the Jungle to respawn before you can find them. While you are waiting, you should hire and arm another crewman at Anoa. You should also replace your Needle Pistols with Anoa Long Guns. Once the drop site respawns, land and cross the new bridge. Kill the Big Dinos from the level of their heads. Then fight the Spit Lizards. Recharge your ammunition and then fight the Giant Dino here. You will probably have to recharge your health due to the cramped space. After defeating the first Giant Dino, climb down the hill and fight the Spit Lizards as you did before. Then use the shoot-and-jump tactics to kill the second Giant Dino. Alternately, you can fight the lower Giant Dino first and then fight the upper one. Harvest all the Fruits and Vegetables. Return to the Capitol Village to get a Worry Doll and your next destination.
Aibit
If you haven't bought a third ship weapon and you still have Kursha space between you and Aibit, now is the time to buy an extra ship weapon. You are almost certainly going to have to fight something before getting to Aibit. You can get a 15mm Machine Gun at Anoa for 600 Dy or you can buy something else.
Hub
When you orbit Aibit, you will be greeted by the UHC Grand General. Talk to him, allocate at least three energy to stations, and then land at the Hub. Land your ground team and climb down the ladder to the right. Your Long Guns should be able to hit the Bat from next to the ladder. Climb down the next ladder and press the switch. Climb back up and try to kill the capybara-sized Ratters and barely-above-ground Tremors from a distance. When you reach the end of the passage, reload your weapons. The Ratters in the passage below the one you just cleared can be killed from the platform between the four ladders. The Bat on the left can be killed by climbing the ladder and guarding when it moves. The lowest horizontal passage can be cleared with the shoot-and-jump tactics and the shoot-from-a-distance tactics. The Bat on the far right can be killed from the platform to its left. Reload your weapons. Press the second switch after killing the Ratter and Tremor. Fight your way through the next horizontal tunnel if you plan to collect resources. Climb up the vertical shaft and kill the Bat from the platform near it. Then enter the main hub and kill the Tremor that most likely has fallen in. Talk to the Kaidun on the right. Hire another recruit, buy some Kaidun Explosives for him, and collect the resources before you leave.
Rogue Nest
After descending the tunnel, you will meet the rogue queen. Try to use the shoot-from-a-distance tactics where possible. The door may get in your way. Climb to safety if she gets too close. Reload all weapons when you run out of explosives.
Return to the Hub
If the Hub respawned, fight your way back to the Kaidun you talked to before to complete his mission. Collect any resources that are available.
Gadaad
Facility
Before landing, you will be greeted by a Kursha who wants you to leave. Ignore that part of his advice. Clear the tube you land in of Kursha by disembarking your Long Guns and Goo Gun. Have them guard until the Kursha start firing, and then embark until they move away again. Keep coming back out until the Kursha are dead. Then go down, right, and down without talking to the Kursha (else he turns hostile). Kill the two Kursha from the ladder you just climbed down. Go right and up to reach a switch. Press it, but don't talk to this Kursha either. Climb back down and keep going down, bringing your whole crew this time. Remember to watch your health and ammunition as you fight these Kursha. When you have killed all of them, continue left and grab the coins and the Human Skull. It will unlock your next destination. If you wish, you can keep fighting Kursha to potentially get some Sniper Rifles and access to more resources. Otherwise, collect the accessable resources (be sure to get five Waters for later) and leave the planet.
Space Battle
While you are on your way to the new planets, you will encounter an enemy out of nowhere. Avoid red text as long as possible while you talk to him. His ship will have Shields and Armor each at ten. He fires high volumes of small projectiles. Dodge his projectiles as well as you can while firing at him. Then continue on your way.
New Terra
Unrestricted Drop Point
Step outside your ship when the Scorpion is away from it and then guard. Scorpions attack with poison that ignores armor and slows you down. Kill the second scorpion from a distance. Any inaccurate weapons you still have around will help. Kill the group of Scorpions under the hill from the left side of the hole. Ignore the Scorpions in the hole. A Vulture will attack on the other side of the hill. Try to avoid fighting it and the scorpion at the same time. The last of the remaining Scorpions can be killed from the other side of the valley. Talk to the first Human in the third building before heading for Kibou.
Kibou
Land at the Trade Post. Talk to the first Human for the code word. Talk to the Human between the two trade stations and hire him. Buy him a shotgun at the right trade station. Then return to New Terra.
Back to New Terra
The Unrestricted drop point probably won't have re-spawned. If it did, just fight the Scorpions again or run past them to get to the buildings. If you choose to run, send your healthiest crew member to limit the number of healthpacks required to get through. The Human you talked to before will give you a new drop point.
Hermit's Home
You can either fight your way left or make a run for it. If you run, be prepared to use multiple healthpacks. Talk to the Human and then return to your ship.
Station Horizon
Warning: After completing this mission, the UHC Military will become extremely hostile. Now is your last chance to trade without worrying about them.

Climb up the ladder on the fight and kill the two human guards. Optionally, guard from the bottom of the next ladder to kill the guards to the right. The door at the end of that passage is locked, so you will have to come back to it later. Climb up the ladder and guard from its top to kill the next guard. You can either run past the rest of the guards to hit the switch, or you can fight them. Kill the next batch of guards by climbing the ladder when they are far from it, shooting them until they get close, and climbing back down. The switch in this room opens the door in the lower passage. The two guards on the right platform are best killed from the top of the right ladder. After climbing up as far as you can, you will have a long passage to the left with one guard in it. Before proceeding, go back to the lower passage, kill the humans there, and grab the big heart. The three humans beyond him will become hostile after you talk to them. If a power suit and assualt rifle have not dropped yet, you can orbit and wait for a respawn to increase your chances of getting them. The dialog here will prevent you from collecting them later. Once finished with talking, guard or run. Station Horizon will be abandoned when it respawns.
Brand
If you haven't gone to Trade Co HQ yet, do so. You need to ask around for your next objective. First, if you haven't upgraded you weapons yet, get some artillery or rockets from Yunqi or Eshk. The UHC is now trying to kill you in earnest, and they will have artillery.
Trade Co HQ
Talk to the Human in the right side of the landing bay. Pump her for information until you get the Horizon Report. Then go to Brand.
Brand Settlement
Go to the extreme right and talk to the Kaidun for directions. He'll tell you to get a card from a nearby cave. Go left to find the cave. Stand one level down from the landing site to kill the first shadowy Stealth Cat. Stand between the lava pit and the door to kill the second one. Try to time your jump to the upper platform so that the third Stealth Cat will be on the right. Guard as soon as you land your jump. Collect the keycard, Firestone, and Raw Dynium, then return to your ship and visit the Field landing site.
Field
Stand next to the first Precious Gems to kill the first two Stealth Cats. The next one will have to be fought at close range. The fourth Stealth Cat can be hit from a distance, but you may have to keep moving certain crew back onto its level. Hop down and kill the fifth Stealth Cat when it is on the right, then move down one more level to shoot the sixth Stealth Cat. Jump across the lava pits and try to dodge the lava drip as you continue right. If you have any sniper rifles, you may need to keep moving their owners out of the way of the drip as you kill the last Stealth Cat. Talk to the blue Android and ask him about warehouse coordinates. He'll ask for five units of purified water. If you saved some from Gadaad, you're all set. If you didn't, you will need to go get some, possibly from Gadaad. The Android will give you coordinates to the Warehouse. Collect the resources and go there.
Warehouse
Enter the building and kill the two guards from between the door and the first drip. Use the same tactics on the second and third stories. When you talk to the officer, he'll turn hostile. Range your crew for battle ''before'' you talk to him. The charm will pop out when you click "Wait!" If you don't want to kill him, you can grab it and run. Collect the assorted resources and prepare your crew for a long voyage.
Ulu
Notes about Ulu
Enemies
Large fish can teleport to you. They attack with brute force. Mantas attack by shooting poison. Both types swim back and forth in a horizontal path until they notice you. When that happens, they dive and try to follow you.
Platforming
Once below you ship, your crew will not know how to get back to it, so all harvesting will be manual. Gas is valuable, but harvesting it is a pain. The gas jets will impede your horizontal movement, but they can be used with the guard button to strafe enemies. The gas jet below the right of the starting platform can be used to reach the ship without climbing the stairs.
Settlement
Talk to the human to the left of you ship about pirates. He'll tell you to find someone with a passcode before he will tell you more. Take whoever has your Assault Rifle and jump down off of the platform your ship is on. Run left. After climbing up the first vine, climb down the second one. In the bottom left of the map you will find an Anoa with the passcode. Return to the vines and go left from their tops. Climb the stairs. Watch out for the gas jet on the longest stair. At the left end of this platform, you can stand one block above the platform. Use this spot to attack the large fish. Climb the two vines after the stairs and walk all the way to the right. You should now be at your ship. Talk to the pirate again to get an Old Magazine telling you about Ott. If you have any Flamethrowers, Environmental armor pieces, or Healthpacks in your item slot, you will need to move them out before you can collect the magazine. If you haven't seen any Flamethrowers or Environmental armor pieces, reload and hunt the remaining enemies to get some. You may have to come back at least 20 minutes later to get any armor.
Ott
Trenches
When you land, two opposing forces will move into position in front of your ship and start fighting each other. You can wait for them to finish killing each other, or you can intervene and hope for a Rocket Launcher or Mech Suit to drop. When that fighting is over, go left and talk to the second talkative Suna you see about the Comm Array. He'll tell you where the key to get to it is and give you the coordinates for the Caves drop point. If you go right and fight the rest of the Kursha, watch your health carefully. Generally one crewman will take the brunt of the attack while the rest don't get hit. Collect the War Relics and Valuable Scrap, then go to the Caves.
Caves
The first Kursha has no gun. Try to kill him while the second Kursha is offscreen to the left, then kill that Kursha. One more Kursha will be at the foot of the ladder. Another will shoot at you when you reach the top of the ladder. You can hide in the one block hole next to the top. The platform above him has two more guards. One appears to have a Stun Prod and is stuck in the platform, causing him to be the primary target for gaurd commands. Two Bats and one Kursha guard the stairs. Don't worry if you can't kill the second Bat. The last two Kursha can be killed by having your Assault Rifle bearer shoot from the right side of their platforms. Heal your crew, reload, and set them in battle formation. Talk to the Mech Suit-wearing Kursha at the top of the cave. She'll drop the Ott Chip immediately, so you can run, but a Goo Gun will make this fight a piece of cake. Return to your ship and harvest the assorted resources. Go back to the Trenches.
The Comm Array
If you were quick, the drop point will be as you left it. Otherwise, you'll have to repeat the previous instructions. When the way is clear, head for the locked door and right click the Comm Array. You'll get a reply, a new drop point, and an Important Recording.
Hideout
There are two enemies here: one Abductor and one Big Mech. The Big Mech has approximately 200 hit points. You should be able to kill the Abductor from the bottom of the shaft. The Big Mech can also get in this space, but he'll be disoriented. If you try an every-man-available attack, watch your health carefully. If you can't get a crewman back to the ship to heal, use a Med Pack from the inventory. Alternately, you can have your Assault Rifle bearer stand at the bottom of the ladder and guard. It will take him multiple belts of ammunition to kill the Big Mech. When you finish, you'll get a Ticket To The Show and a new planet will be added to your star map.
Before Visiting the Zoo
If you haven't upgraded your ship, now is the time to do it. See [[Interstellaria/Fleet management|Fleet management]] for tips on what to upgrade to. See [[Interstellaria/Trading strategies|Trading strategies]] for tips on how to get the cash you need.
The Zoo
Space Showdown
The UHC General's Experimental Frigate has 250 shields, 300 armor, 13.9 speed, and 3 guns (1 Death Beam, 1 engine stopper). He will attempt to fly to your ship and attack from on top of it. If you have multiple ships, he will switch between them. One tactic is to place your ships in a huddle, so you can't miss.
The Zoo
Once you take all armed crewmen to the right side of the hill, guard. Clear the first set of cages, then reload. Repeat on the second set. The third set has two Abductors guarding one informer. Kill the Abductors, then talk to the informer. He will give you the coordinates for the Gene Lab.
Gene Lab
Bring your whole armed crew down to the bottom level and set them to guard. Have one talk to the General. He will turn hostile and has approximately 375 HP. After you knock his health down, he will change into a new form and take on the characteristics of a large boss. Keep watching your crew's health and administering health packs where needed. (If you orbit before defeating this second form, you will get the end-of-story cut scenes and the credits, but you won't get the 1,000,000 dy reward. You will have to start from the beginning of the boss fight when the planet reloads.) When you defeat the second form, the General will restore his health back to full, eight Abductors will fall off the platform on the right, Trade Co. troops will arrive and move to the attack, and your crew will be moved to the top of the area. Heal your crew if necessary, reload, and go down and do your part. When the General is defeated, you will automatically enter the end-of-story cut scenes. You will come back to find your ship in orbit with everyone on all ships standing around, waiting to be reassigned to their stations. You will also have the 1,000,000 DY reward in your wallet.
Credits
These play somewhat like Star Fox, except with slower shots. There are 1500+ names to shoot down, ranging from three characters to around two dozen. Keep tapping the space bar and moving around the screen, preferably toward the largest (and therefore closest) names. If you want to play the credits multiple times without beating the story multiple times, fight the General, but don't defeat his third stage before you orbit.
