Description
Wielded with a cannon or rifle for as a main weapon, and a sword for a secondary. What can go wrong? As an added bonus a couple of enemy psi abilities have been added to this soldier.

The back story of the Guerrilla Fighter is that they are a hybrid (has psi abilities but doesn't have to use the psi weapon and can't learn more than what is ingrained) of a regular soldier and a psi operative (with enemy skills at the moment). The Guerrilla Fighter can use the cannon or the rifle (and smg if you have the mod) for a primary, and a sword as a seconary.

Right now this is a work in progress (can be played with no problems right now to my knowledge). I want to make new abilites and skills but I have no idea how so if there is anyone out there that is willing to help me on that, that would be fantastic.

If you run into any bugs let me know, and I will work them out. This is my very first mod ever made so bare with me while i'm on my learning curve.

Skill Tree

Squaddie=Sword Slice

Left side of skill tree:

Corporal=Energy Sheild
Sergeant=Run and Gun
Lieutenant=Shredder
Captain=Energy Shield Mk3
Major=Rapid Fire
Colonel=Saturation Fire

Right side of skill tree:

Corporal=BladeMaster
Sergeant=Blast Padding
Lieutenant=Holo Targeting
Captain=Bladestorm
Major=Salvo
Colonel=Denstional Rift (Psi Witch ability a.k.a. Codex)


**This mod will no longer get updates due to the fact that I am stuck and can't figure out what i did wrong (swordskill has been overridden). I have looked at other class mods to try and figure out what went wrong or what might be missing but I am having no luck finding any answers. I will be deleting this mod from the steamworkshop after everyone is no longer interested.

@mafia_corporation It's not the names of the skill trees, it's the squaddie skill, when I play on my game file the name "Sword Skill" doesn't show up (no name next to the skills icon), and on top of that it seems to be overriding the Ranger "Sword Skill" as well.

It's possible that I messed up somewhere along the building, but I am in the process of making a new class since this one is givin me so many problems.

If you are not having any problems with the mod then I hope no else is either that way I'll just leave it where it is.

@BallsB.Adanglin, "I will not be posting any mods that I make in the future unless I know for sure there are no problems and it is complete" that is a good idea, i personally don't post mods until i tested in many missions as possible, to make sure the mod is 100% working, keep in mind that if you load this mod or any other when you are 4 mission away from the end and the game start going like crazy, many user aren't going to be happy, but don't give up and keep going, from errors we learn. About not seeing the ability tree
Left side ...... Shielded Might
Right side .....Steelie Might
i can see both of them, i have tested it and i have no problems with the mod, maybe you mess something on your PC, that happens when you don't clean the build and the mod before rebuild it after changes are made, had that problem before, people can see a flag properly and in the debugger show me, can't load flag texture (just an example)

I seem to have alot of learning to do with all of this so I will not be posting any mods that I make in the future unless I know for sure there are no problems and it is complete.

anyone who had subscribed to my mod when it was still 54mb please go into C:\Users\'YourNameHere'\Documents\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Script and delete the guerrillafighters script in there I don't think it's suppost to be there (I made a mistake and added the class to the xcom game folder rather than my mods class folder. sorry about the inconvienence). also go to the C:\Users\'YourNameHere'\Documents\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Development\Src folder and do the same with the guerrillafighter folder in there. If you do not see these files then I am mistaken and they only appear for me.

If you are having too many problems with this mod please remove it and don't look back because this mod is DEAD.

If I can't get the locfriendlyname fixed then this mod is offically dead. I really have no clue what is going on with it because it's there on the right side of the abilities page.

Alright! Hell Yeah. I just hope it still works. Didn't do any debugging this time because i thought it'd be fine if all I did was delete that folder that all it had was templetes. Time to test it out.
