I like to bind first person shooter game keys to my own settings so check it out if you like

(first of all bind Spec cam follow player at the bottom of the keybinds from 1-8 to f1-f8 so it doens't interfere when you configure your number binds)
Lean left: mouse button 5

Crouch/change rappel stance: c
Prone: f
Walk: capslock
