Science Talk:
This task is very simple. First, direct your index finder to the keyboard, but wait, don't hit Q! Instead, move you finger until it is over the F1 key. Then very precisely, (misses the F1 key) press and release the F1 key. This will keep the menu open until F1 is pressed again.

The Average English Folk:
Press and let go of the F1 key. Press again to close the menu.

Hacer esto es muy sencillo. Primero dirige el dedo índice al teclado, pero espera, ¡no presiones la Q! En cambio, mueve tu dedo hasta que termine en la tecla "F1". Luego muy precisamente presiona y suelta la tecla F1. Esto hara que el menu se quede abierto hasta que presiones F1 de nuevo.

Para la gente promedio
Presiona la tecla F1 para abrirlo. Presiona de nuevo para cerrarlo

A better spanish translation from a mexican guy(Me):
