First 3 achievements are story related and they are really easy to obtain, all others can unlock on day 4. Also, when you finish the game once, you can continue playing from 4th day and unlock missing achievements quickly.

This achievement will obtained after passing the first day.

You will unlock this one after passing the second day.

You can unlock this achievement same as the first two, just pass the third day.

Go to bathroom and take a shower, then go back to wardrobe and choose "beautifully dressed''. Go to the work and when computer will be broken call the system administrator (use phone), he will come and achievement is your.

To achieve this one, you need to complete 4th day with low endurance and mood, then come home, check mail and go to the kitchen, try prepare your own meals and get the achievement.

There are 2 ways to get this achievement: be late for work and choose dismiss, or just discard boss offer to fix his computer at lunch time, then go home and start writing a book.

Just refule all help request, then go home and start writing a book.

Achieve good ending with 70+ endurance and mood.

Achieve good ending with 55 endurance and 55 mood.

Take a nap > Surf the internet > Surf the internet > Go to the Work
Work > Call system admin. > Configure MFP > Accept help > Work > Work > Play > Play > (Lunch time) > Play > Work > Work > Work > Refuse help > Work > Work > Refuse help > Take a break > Work > Work > Home
Check e-mail > Make dinner > Write a book
