Increases the amount of soldiers that start in the barracks to 40. I'm a big fan of the fatigue mod and figured that since your soldiers would be out of the fight for a while that raising the amount to the Long War amount would be a good idea.

LW 2 has a XComGameCore.ini with that value defined at 20. Try un-subbing and re-subbing to the More Starting Soldiers mod to get its value back.

@Johnrenicus It will start you with a mix of CP and RNG Soldiers if you use "Character Pool and Random" for soldiers generation, iirc.

The starting 40 soldiers are taken from my character pool, right? Thing is, I only have a character pool of 40 soldiers. What happens afterwards? Are they taken randomly, or does the mod cycles my pool again?

No, it works- just not for LW2.
