- Talk to the ghosts (cutscene)
- Leave the area (go right to the Entrance) and talk to yourself (cutscene)
- use the hammer on the hood

- walk into the hotel lobby area and beat the boxer in a fight
("Z" to dodge, "X" to attack - spam dodge, spam attack after the boxer attacks)
- go back to the graveyard area
- give the hammer to the Gangster ghost to get the remote
- go back into the hotel lobby and use the remote on the TV
- channel 1 then 3

- go back to the graveyard and swap the remote with Sophisticated Lady ghost for gum
- go to the hotel upstairs and into the Bathroom (2nd door on the right)
- use gum on ghost
- use plank on the gum
- use plank-gum on the wrench

- Swap with the Gangster to get the hammer (Thank you Hamakei for mentioning this)
- go into the mansion then into the basement
- use the hammer yourself
- use on the ghost wizard then beat him
- swap the hammer with the ghost lady
- go back to the basement and use the wrench on the radiator
- go upstairs to room 420
- use the wrench on the window
- use the wall
- talk to roger

take the olive oil
scroll to the far right
talk to the bull guy
In your inventory use the postcard on the brass ring
In your inventory use the brassring&picture with the chain
Give the locket to the bull guy
Use the badge on the coffee guy to get the coffee

Exit to the roller coaster
Give the coffee to the witch
Ask the witch to give you a reading

Go back to the foodcourt
Talk to the mentalist
Change who you become, become the guy in the costume
Change to the trigger word to "spirits, I command"
Go back to the witch and get another reading
Choose "Save your health"
Exit to the main area
Use the olive oil on the High Striker
Use High striker

Go back to Witch and "change your charm"
Save your relationship
Go back to the Foodcourt
Use the jelly bean jar
Go to where the bull guy was and use the necklace to reclaim the brassring
Go inside the wax museum entrance to the immediate left
Go through the door on the left
Get the copper wire coil on the left side of the table
Leave the storeroom then exit down to go to the wax hall
Scroll far right of the hall and get the compass from a mannequin soldier

Go back to main entrance area, then scroll to the far left and exit to area the outside of the maze
Use the copper wire on the "structure" on the left
Use the walkie-talkie in your inventory
Change to "Save your job"
Use on the structure
Exit to main area, use the shooting range gun


Go to rollercoaster area
Talk to the fortune machine
Give the fortune machine your tokens
Go back to the maze area and into the maze
Combine the compass with the brass ring
Use the compass (see picture below)
Go through the door with the symbol that the compass is pointing towards (symbol will be rotated)
Talk to the guy
Go through the glowing door
