Drag the picture you want to use as head either from the texture library (F3), your files or your browser in the blueprint editor. Make sure the picture has a transparent background.

Adjust the Object
Open the objects tab in the editor and enter a name for the object. Position your added object over the head by dragging it and change the scale and orientation in the MO properties. Change the layer of the object with the arrow buttons over the objects list.
Change its weight
Double click the added object in the objects list to edit it. Open the mass tab and adjust the thickness and hollowness to change the objects weight to reasonable number. To change back to blueprint edit mode click the symbol with the little guy.
Add a Joint
Enter joint edit mode and press the add button. Click show MO border to see where the two objects overlap then click where you want to connect the objects with the joint.
Delete Unnecessary Joints
Adding joints like this connected all objects under your cursor. Ideally you want to remove all uncessary joints. Open 3D view to see which objects are connected by joints. Select and delete all uncessary joints at at the position you clicked in the joints tab by pressing delete.
Test you Blueprint
To test your blueprint you can spawn a copy of him by clicking in the scene and pressing the insert key. You can now test changes right on the assembly in the game. To get rid of the capsule click on the assembly and smash it against a wall by dragging and holding shift.
Tweak the Joint Parameters
Enter joint edit mode and click your added joint. Open the friction and angular spring tabs, tweak values and see how they affect the assembly. These values are not saved yet. To apply them to your actualy blueprint switch back to blueprint edit mode double click the joint in the joints tab and enter the values again.
Save the Blueprint
Switch back to blueprint edit mode, enter a new name in the blueprints tab and save your blueprint.
Done
If you have any questions please ask them here. Share your blueprint on the workshop or by dragging the blueprint png out of your blueprint libary(F6) and sending it around.
