No, it does not affect Age of Charlemagne.

The mod works fine with the main campaign though

@Uranium235 - You may just be seeing an error in tooltip. This may occur for many mods. Try deleting your UI_cache folder (contents) to get rid of it, as advised for the Agragrian mod here:
"No agrarian squalor for Attila. This mod edits the buildings effects, so it is incompatible existing saves. You need to delete your ui_cache in your Attila appdata as well, if you want the appropriate squalor tool tips to disappear."

Im still getting vanilla gold values... Ive tried this mod with my other mods, then by itself, then I tried a new game with ONLY this mod and still no luck.
Bummer.
