Custom Regency Council / Regentschaftsrat

Description
Info
With this mod, you can choose out of four options, which kind of regency council you want to have.

Features
If your ruler dies and your heir isn't 15 years old, you will get a regency council.
When using this mod, you will get an event that lets you choose which of these 5 regency councils you want to have:

  1. The clergy will lead the regency council. The regency council will have following adm./dip./mil. skills:
    • adm: 3
    • dip: random (between 0 and 6)
    • mil: random (between 0 and 6)

Also your country will get the "religious regents" modifier (lasting til the end of the regency council), which has the following effects if your country is catholic:
    • tolerance of the heretic -1
    • yearly prestige -0.25
    • global missionary strength +1.5%
    • yearly papal influence +3

If your country is not catholic, the modifier "religious regents" will have the following effects:
    • tolerance of the heretic -1
    • yearly prestige -0.25
    • global missionary strength +1.5%
    • toterance of your country's religion +1

  2. A female relative of your heir will be regent. The regency council will have following adm./dip./mil. skills:
    • adm: random (between 0 and 6)
    • dip: 3
    • mil: random (between 0 and 6)

Also your country will get the "female regent" modifier (lasting til the end of the regency council), which has the following effects:
    • yearly -0.5 legitimacy
    • yearly -0.75 prestige
    • diplomatic reputation +2
    • stability cost modifier -10%

  3. The aristocrates will be the regents. The regency council will have following adm./dip./mil. skills:
    • adm: random (between 0 and 6)
    • dip: random (between 0 and 6)
    • mil: 3

Also your country will get the "aristocratic regents" modifier (lasting til the end of the regency council), which has the following effects:
    • yearly + 0.5 prestige
    • global unrest -1
    • global autonomy +0.05
    • global tax modifier -5%

  4. A male relative (uncle) will be the regent. The regency council will have following adm./dip./mil. skills:
    • adm: 5
    • dip: 5
    • mil: 5

    • yearly + 0.5 prestige

If you choose this option, you lose 15 legitimacy and there is a 50% chance that this relative will take control over the country two years after he was appointed, leading to the death of your heir(s) and you getting a new ruler (0 / 0 / 0) with either a weak or an average claim.

Less.I would say 20-30 min, including adding new pictures and a new description to this workshop page.
It wasn't very difficult to add what you wanted, it just wasn't planned from me; that's why it wasn't included in the mod in the first place.

All right. I updated the mod, now there is a fourth option that lets you restore the original generated skill points.
Choosing that option will give you the following effects til the end of the regency council:
- yearly legitimacy -0.5
- yearly prestige -0.5
- global autonomy change +0.05
- global tax modifier +10%
- stability cost modifier -10%

That's unlucky, I guess.
But if you want to, I could add an option that lets you keep your current regency council. This won't help you with this regency though.
