How to open the Console!
If you have trouble opening your console follow these steps:
1. Open CS:GO
2. Options → Game Settings
3. Enable Developer Console → Yes
4. Options → Keyboard / Mouse
5. Scroll all the way down to "Toggle Console" and set a button you´d like.
The Commands!
Ping:
mm_dedicated_search_maxping "50" // Lock your maximum ping to 50.
ping // Display pings of all players to server.
Fps:
fps_max "0" // Unlock your fps.
fps_max "300" // Lock your fps to 300 or any other value.
Status:
status // Display map and connection status.
Benchmark Datas:
net_graph "1" // Bunch of useful onscreen information.
Voice Chat:
voice_scale "0.5" // Half the loudness of in game voices.
Sound:
snd_mixahead "0.05" // Determines how much sound is buffered by the engine. Important: If you encounter performance issues change the value back to "0.1"!
Hud:
cl_hud_playercount_showcount "0" or "1" // No avatars, personal preference!
Netsettings:
rate "128000" cl_updaterate "128" cl_cmdrate "128" cl_interp "0" cl_interp_ratio "1"
Monitor:
mat_monitorgamma "1.6" // Monitor gamma.
Bonus: Optimize your Radar!
Is strongly suggest you to optimize your radar / minimap!
This will guarantee you much more information about what's going on and better positioning!

I can not give you exact values for this section of the guide!
This comes down to personal preference!

All Radar / Minimap Commands:
cl_hud_radar_scale "0.8" - "1.3" // Minimum: "0.8" - Maximum: "1.3"
cl_radar_always_centered "0" or "1" // You can only choose between 0 and 1!
cl_radar_icon_scale_min "0.4" - "1.0" // Minimum: "0.4" // Maximum: "1.0"
cl_radar_rotate "0" or "1" // You can only choose between 0 and 1!
cl_radar_scale "0.25" - "1.0" // Minimum: "0.25" // Maximum: "1.0"
cl_hud_bomb_under_radar "0" or "1" // You can only choose between 0 and 1!

You should update the rates settingsl...

.5 Mbps – rate 62500
1.0 Mbps – rate 125000
1.5 Mbps – rate 187500
1.57 Mbps – rate 196608 (New Default)
2.0 Mbps – rate 250000
2.5 Mbps – rate 312500
3.0 Mbps – rate 375000
3.5 Mbps – rate 437500
4.0 Mbps – rate 500000
4.5 Mbps – rate 562500
5.0 Mbps – rate 625000
5.5 Mbps – rate 687500
6.0 Mbps – rate 750000
6.2 Mbps – rate 786432 (New Max)

u can change ur "t' to any letter u want
