Adds an new late-game enemy type : the ADVENT Sigma Specialist

It has the following abilities :
Mark
Energy Shield
Return Fire
Shadowstep

Its main role is to support the other aliens thanks to its abilities, both offensively and defensively, and Shadowstep allows him to be mobile while filling this role, rendering it invulnerable to Overwatch.
He is, hovewer, quite brittle and does not stand a chance on its own against your seasoned XCOM Operatives. His main attack is also quite weak and he is not a very good shot. Be careful, however : the Return Fire means an already wounded attacking operative can easily be finished off by the Specialist.

As he tends to move a lot and is not concerned by Overwatch, the best counter is to kill it from afar with a Sharpshooter, or to mind-control it and use its support abilities for your own selfish benefit : his low Will makes him vulnerable to psionics.

Expect it to show up in mid-to-late game.
