David Pi 's 3 way + urban entrance interchange

A combine of the Semi-directional T interchange and the roundabout urban entrance.
One side you get fast direct ramps for highway or heavy urban traffic, one side you get a roundabout for lighter traffic.
Also you can connect many roads to the roundabout as needed, turn it into a 5 or 6 or 7 way interchange.
All direction accessable, U-turn allowed.
The size is the same as the vanilla 3-way interchange. 3 level high.
