The Northstar is a surface air support cruiser slightly smaller and cheaper than the stonewall. It carries a small array of shields, anti-aircraft rockets, and a CWIS system aswell as two small conventional naval cannons. A catapult modified Spearfish fighter is attatched to the back and can be launched to take out enemy bombers and submarines.
