Introduction
I've been telling my competetive team about the three C's of CS recently. It is a "code of conduct" type thing to help us win games. Here are the three C's of Counter-Strike.
Be Cool
This point focuses on not yelling at team-mates. Yelling at them is NOT going to help them at all! Instead, you should try to figure out what went wrong, and tell them in a constructive way.
Be Calm
This point focuses on personal stability. Don't go off and rage after you've been shot. CS is a game that requires major teamwork, and you being angry in general isn't going to help too much.
Be Collective
This last point focuses on learning. Even if an enemy is winning, you should observe them and try to adapt to their playstyle. If you are playing with higher ranks; Watch what they are doing, and do the same. Under this also falls Constructive Criticism If a team-mate is doing bad, tell them in a constructive way. Eg. Instead of "Man you suck ass!" say: "Hey dude, you need to aim at head level next time." or "Check your corners better man."
Conclusion
Be Cool, Be Calm, Be Collective and you will be cashing in the wins.
