Report a translation problem
-instead of destroying one of the initial Flanker pair, snipe it; the other will still flee. Go park your tank near the barracks near the solar arrays (a pilot will hop out and man it), before commandeering your new ride. Having that wingman early on will really help.
-one of the attacking waves contains an APC. Kill this before it unloads - the combined fire from its infantry complement can shred things quickly. Like your recycler.
-the hangar and supply depot have 'auras' that regenerate health and ammo, respectively, of friendly units.
-before the transports begin their run, take a wingman or two and search to the right of the path to the launch facility - you'll find the group of turrets waiting for the cue to move into their ambush positions. Feel free to waylay them.
