Improved Military Buildings

Description
Military buildings from civilized factions (Romans and Eastern cultures) provide great bonuses like previous Total War games, giving a reason to upgrade them instead of just unlocking certain units. Unit stat bonuses shouldn't be overpowered and is relatively fair and rewarding. This should enhance your Attila experience.

Do these bonuses apply when recruiting from anywhere in the given province, or only when making troops in the settlement or settlement territory where the military building is located?

Navy port now grants bonuses to ships and a bit of reduction against sea piracy.
Desert factions' final military buildings have different bonuses respectively.

Is it possible to have the upgrades on the T5 desert kingdoms baracks? The ones where you need to have 75%+ of a religion to build. Awesome mod btw!

Rebalanced everything. Stats are lowered, but still beneficial enough to upgrade buildings to max.
