Rework my good old PTT propane gas tank I did back around 2016.

FEATURES
• Completely repaint the texture from scratch
• Upscale the size of the texture from 256x256 to 512x512
• New shading
• Thai Industrial Standards Institute Seal of Approval

Note: This mod should be compatible with a reanimation mod that doesn't replace the default model
