A quest to a unique location (radiant quest enabled later in the game)
for a unique reward - and a couple extras.

Also contains the shabbiest, filthiest dirt hole of a player "home" you'll
find anywhere in Skyrim. If you find it (for a hint: it's at the inn, and not in
Balcazar's little Ratways room :-)
