I had written a much longer answer but the artwork forum has a very short character limit, so please repost your question their. I have a lot on my plate right now so I may not be able to get around to this for a week or so.

Make sure that when you look inside your Steam Local Files all the pieces of the mod are where they're supposed to be. Whatever you do, don't verify the integrity of your local files after you install the mod because Steam will replace the mod with the original.

And Cameron (aka Plugger) visits the forum from time to time and if something has changed he might comment.

Please don't ask that kind of question in the artwork forum because nobody will see it. Somebody else might be having a similar problem, or know the answer off the top of their head.

Please repeat your post in the main forum and I'll try to see what's happening. As far as I know nothing has chaged, but it's been several years since I installed this mod. Fortunately I don't happen to have the game installed on this computer, so after I get around to installing it and then installing the mod, I'll see what happens.

Has something changed in the installation? I've been playing for years with the Mod and have had to reinstall the game (new machine). Now I follow the instructions and I still get the default icons. Am I missing a step? Unpack zip file, drop on top of Steam directory so that they incorporate (they do - it asks me if I want to replace 481 files), start game. I am feeling exceptionally stupid right now...help!
