First things first, get a job. Not an Important one like Pilot or Captain, but an easy one like Weapons, Science or Engineer.
You prolly should act at least somewhat competent if you're going to pull this one off though.

Okay generally discretion is key here. Only dump one or two at a time if you can unless you know your crew wont notice all of the fuel missing when you jump.

This is the easiest one, but always flip the coolant on, this will lead into the next step but for now, make sure to drain all of the coolant.
Its annoying, blueberry-flavoured and your team is just trying to keep it from you anyway.

okay if you've been smart, followed ths guide soon your ship's core will overheat from all the strain of your teammates.
This is your time, you have two options.
• Go to bonus round to delay them from being able to save themselves
• eject the core
either way laugh as the world melts around you.

Fun things to do in the bonus round include:
• Turning the engine power off
• Turning The oxygen off
• Startting fires in the sections of the ship
• Taking control of the ship while the pilots away and hurling it into asteroids and other debis.
• going through all of the lockers and recycling the stuff at the science bin.
• turning off the lights and anything else in the blue console in the Engineer section of the ship.
• Twirling in the Captain's chair, because ♥♥♥♥ em!

Now if you've done everything correctly you should come up with a bunch of frustrated teammates and one mess of a ship.
