The goal of this build is for rapid, powerful throwing strikes with Javelins and/or other throwing weapons (example: Tomahawk).
Golden Arm (duh): Stronger and faster throws.
Angry Octopus: Deploys a smoke bomb when you're below 30 Hit Points. (So you can run away and charge up a heavy throw or run.)
Big Lungs: Increases Stamina Points by 30 (additive). (So you can jump around and sprint longer so you can charge throws.)

For this I've absolutely chosen Javlineer as it comes with three spears and they're a good, fast hitting weapon that also dodges armour. Juggler will also work but it costs an extra 15 F.U.N.C.

In this you want to be as annoying as possible, getting those sneaky stabs in then stumbling your opponent as you throw a spear straight through their mouths.

At the start I make a satchel and knife as they're useful all together. The knife is a decent throwing weapon at the start so it's not a bad idea to make 2.

Mid game is more of an opportunity to strike your opponents when they're not looking. Perhaps luring them into a snare or doing a sneaky throw. It's all up to you.

When the game draws to an end, I like to think of this as my time to open the blue crates at mid to get some good stuff like O.J, more javelins, tomahawks or even explosives! Play aggressive, get too close, jump around and give them a new belly button.

Throwing style build also aggressive and early air drop.
