Requirements
You won't need very much.
  • Controller (I recommend an Xbox One controller, as they're relatively comfortable.)
  • Any remote desktop program, best choice being Parsec. You can also use Steam Remote Play.
  • Controller Emulator (such as the Toca-edit Xbox 360 Controller Emulator) This is not required! If the controller does not work though, try to make do with this program.
  • A friend.
Step 1. Programs
You'll need to grab both your remote desktop program, aswell as your friend. The host computer will have to grab the emulator* and use the controller.

Setup your program following a tutorial on youtube and edit your preferences.

For Teamviewer (Recommended):
Website[www.teamviewer.com]

For Chrome Remote Desktop:
Website[chrome.google.com]

For Anydesk:
Website[anydesk.com]

Step 2. Getting into the game
After setting up your remote desktop program (make sure your friend also got the program, as they can't access your computer without it!), connect to your friend.

For Teamviewer:

Add your friend as a friend on teamviewer, then request access.

For Anydesk:

Give your friend your anydesk address, not your real address or whatever. That'd be bad.

For Chrome Remote Desktop:

Start your session and give your friend the code to connect to your computer.

Launch EtG, make sure your controller is setup, and have fun! Simple as that.

Happy Gungeoneering!
Extra
There are several ways to optimize how much of a delay there is before the action is performed.
- via lag.

1. Change your resolution to a smaller one. (Thanks Sharkman Frank!)
2. Check your internet speed or if anything is interfering with it.
3. Find the process in task manager and set the priority to ONLY "Above Normal". Any higher will result in even more lag.

If you find any other way to make this faster, please leave a comment about it and I will add it here!
Have an NVIDIA Graphics Card?
Please go look at this guide, as you'll be able to play with less delay and smoother FPS!
