So lets begin ,first of all you need to find your PAYDAY2 Files:

After you find it

Go there and create file called mod_overrides

For downloading PAYDAY2 mods I recommend this site Last-Bullet[forums.lastbullet.net]

But about installation ,its simple 80% of mods are .rar or .zip thats why you need to extract them.Some files have Readme.txt files or have folders inside that need to be extracted to mod_overrides or they won't work.



There's 2nd Option that some mods requier its slightly more complicated.
Basically to use BLT mods you need to download BLT itself, you can consider it like Skyrim SKSE but unlike skyrim not all mods are categorised under BLT whenever you download a mod it usually tells you if you need BLT or mod_overrides

Basically after installing BLT you'll get a .dll file & folder called mods,thats where you put all of the mods.

But be aware that some mods still require you to put files in mod_overrides
