-I Highly suggest you only follow this guide if you're a completionist of this game like me =)

If you're anything like me you've probably beaten this game multiple times as i enjoy this game alot but here's the problem the game has no cloud saving so new computer= do everything again. First Step is to find your settings.cfg file in your app data roaming folder or copy this C:\Users\"your pc name"\AppData\Roaming\EnemyMind\Local Store once you do that go to file explorer then click your search bar and paste with your PC Name in it and hit enter and click on settings.cfg a prompt should appear just open the file as notepad once you see that you want to change the number of the highest level to 9 and then save the file now exit it open up enemy mind and there you go you beat the game you have the cheat codes and every mode unlocked. This game is a fun short little indie game that i loved and beat years ago so if it's your first time i advise you beat it legit otherwise you're missing out. Also you can set "watcher unlocked" to 1 to well unlock watcher
