Having had a look at the error reports, I think one problem is that your crew members don't have a simpleLook appearance set? Might be easiest to send me your mod in its current state, and I'll be able to both diagnose the issue and add better error logging for future generations. :)

hey zark, i hope you are still listening to this, i have encountered a problem with multiple types of crew, it seems sailors and my droids that both do the same are crashing the battle, if I'm not mistaken you should have had a few error reports about it 30 mins ago

its ok, i got around it by making a new sprite-sheet and copying the existing coordinators and adding x amount of displacement distance every time i add a new crew, i get how the system is based with a rotation point being the middle the selected parts, right now I'm working on a crew type that has the size of a entire corridor, so i need to edit and add a animation bundle, don't worry i get around problems by reverse engineering allot of stuff...

the turnpoint are all over the place, zark why do you need to torture us modders ;-;
