About World of Warcraft Units

This is the first unit pack installment from rising modder WollieWoltaz. This pack includes 8 beautiful, high detail units ported directly from World of Warcraft.

As with all UMC packs, these units are only acessible through the editor. This mod does not alter any original game files. It only adds these units.

Editor Prefix: *WOW
ProtoID Range: 500000 series

@codylikesgreen - haha, first time I've seen that reaction. Well, your only recourse is obviously to report us to Valve for... something, idk get creative :D

Or you could, you know, install the mod correctly. It's not hard. There is a big green button that says Subscribe and then you will be asked to subscribe to UMC High Priority as well. Best of luck to you whatever you decide.

If I make them trainable, then some aspect of the base game will get overwritten. I'm not a believer in mods that overwrite hoplite so you can train some modded unit. What if someone else wants it to overwrite slinger instead? There is no way to make everyone happy with such a mod. It is far better (and much easier) for you to just make the units you want trainable for yourself. A "reskin" is where you apply a different 3D mesh to the same skeleton to use the same animations. Doesn't really have anything to do with this (BRGs don't even have skeletons). There are no copyright issues but making a total conversion mod (new faction), would be way too much work especially since we don't even have buildings or other assets to complete such a faction.

LIke you said you need to have UMC High Priority on the top of the list. And if you have subscribed to these 8 modpacks I uploaded they should appear in the editorlist like this *WoW
I they won't show up i'll contact callistonian. Let me know if it still isn't working!
If you eventually will do a personal scenario please share it with me. Would love to see it.

For whatever reason, none of these units are showing up in the editor at all. If it weren't for the fact that I made sure the 8 parts of this mod were in order at the top of the load order under UMC High Priority, I would think the mod hadn't even been downloaded. No blank spaces in the editor, nada. Is there something I'm missing here? I had a great idea for a personal scenario using some of these units, but that can't happen if the units don't exist in the editor. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, and let me know if you need more information on the problem. I'll cooperate to the best of my ability.

Hey darknesswrath, just to clarify i'm the creator of the wow units you had trouble with showing up. Like callistonian said you must had something wrong on your end. Glad you got it fixed and they show up now.
I'm still working on several new creatures/hero's. If you didn't noticed i uploaded a lot of smite models to Aomheaven, but they can't be converted to Extended Edition because of the high quality models. At least for now... Still doing some trial and error.
Will eventually upload new WoW models especially now the new patch 7.2 is out.

Are you sure you're subscribed to WoW unit pack 4? Check your mods folder and make sure there is a subfolder for UMC World of Warcraft Unit Pack 4.

Well, i unistall then install all of them again, they're only missing kodo beast and triceratops.
