A simple English-written guide on the game's basic controls and mechanics, as those are explained nowhere in it.

Foreword
Hello! If you're reading this guide, chances are you made a poor purchase decision, the person who gifted you this game is bit of a ♥♥♥♥ or you are quite the masochist. Whatever the case, if you intend to play this game (which I do not recommend), you will probably need to know the basics as the game does not include instructions in any form.
Game controls
Character movement
is controlled with the WSAD keys. For the sake of proper guide writing, I am listing those below should an alien civilisation with no prior knowledge of video games stumble upon this guide.

W - move upwards
S - move downwards
A - move left
D - move right

You can also press two of any non-opposite keys to make the character move diagonally. Wow.

Combat
is somewhat challenging, as you can aim only in the direction your character is facing, which is determined by your character's movement and movement only. The controls are quite simple:

Left mouse button - shoot

Though there -are- multiple weapon modes, which you can switch between. Bullet amount per second is just approximate and will differ at different framerates.

1 - Single patron, roughly 1.2 bullets per second
2 - Faster patron, roughly 7.4 bullets per second
3 - Fastest patron, roughly 12 bullets per second
4 - "Lazer" (green laser)
5 - "Lazer 2" (purple laser)

Note that the "Lazer" (the Russian acronym is in fact spelled with a z) ammunition can be only purchased in shops (see below).

Other controls

Right mouse button - purchase shop item (have to mouseover it)
Q - mutes the background "ambiance"
Objective
Game's goal
The game's objective is simple - reach the level (map) end, by touching a rather artistic black arrow on the ground - it is typically located in the lower right corner of the map, though there is one exception, where it is in the middle.

Hostages
You can attempt to rescue "hostages" (of the zombies I assume?), by escorting them to an "evacuation zone" (mostly located in the middle of the right side of the map). In practice, if you want a gameplay tip, this is pointless. If you want to finish the game (for any reason), just try to get to the level end as fast as possible.

Do note that killing hostages yourself reduces your score.

Shops
Throughout the levels, you will sometimes encounter a shop - which you can buy items from by mousing over them and clicking the right mouse button. The purchasable items consist of health, "patron" and "lazer" ammunition. To buy them, make sure you have enough "Score" to spend.

Final tips
  • don't play the game unless you really need to
  • if you do need to play it, I experimentally confirmed that while alcohol lowers your ability to get through the levels, it makes the game way more tolerable
  • do not bother with hostages or shooting zombies that are not directly in your way - eventually, if you're not fast enough, the zombies will simply overwhelm you with their numbers
  • the Lazer and Lazer 2 ammunition is not worth buying, patron at the fastest firing setting is superior
  • don't go near trees, walls or other solid objects - most collisions in the game are handled with the "kill framerate" system
  • the later indoor levels have really frustrating maze-like layouts - at that point, either quit or look through the internet if someone even crazier than me didn't upload their maps
  • don't kill yourself after seeing the game's final ending
