Can't Stealth Relays

Activates all pods that can see the objective being attacked. Works for tactical saves; can be capped.

Context: Normally on Alien Relay missions you can send a concealed spotter up to the relay and snipe it, while the aliens sitting on top of the relay completely ignore all of this and patiently wait for you to finish dealing with the time critical stuff before you move on to kill all of them at your own pace.

This never made any sense to me, so now shooting the relay will activate every enemy that can see it.

Also applies to base defense missions.

The activation range can be limited.
