Infinite Time
When you're running low on time in time attack, just pause the game(esc key), alt-tab out and select another window, and then browse the web or get a cup of coffee or something and come back in a few minutes, and when you unpause you'll have more time than when you left it. When you unpause the timer will jump upwards. Your time will increase even if you don't alt-tab out, but it will increase much much slower, so make sure to alt-tab and select a different window.

Even with infinite time it'll still be a ♥♥♥♥♥ to get to level 30, so good luck.

Also, for the achievement you just need to get to level 30, not beat it.

I wish you'd program your brute force solver as a javascript in webbrowser so anyone can use it ...

Every combination of colors of a 2x2 is solvable, however only to one possible color, so having a 2x2 is probably a helpful thing as it shows you what color you need to work towards. I'm guessing the game probably starts with a solved level and flips stuff to make the puzzle, so I would expect everything is possible. Personally I encountered many on this mode I ended up giving up on and starting over, but every one I've tried to brute force has ended up with a solution given enough time, even when it is split and at least one area can only be solved to one color.

Isn't it true that 2x2 square are unsolvable? Because of circular dependencies? If yes the game engine produces those kind of bugs ... So you need pretty much luck
