And I imagine the problem is in level 3 (Alaska) and looks a lot like this:

The Solution

1. Close the game
2. When launching the game the next time, change the graphics quality to Fantastic
3. ??????
4. PROFIT

Et voilá. All in a day's work.

I always run the game on the best possible quality but I think the guide should help someone at least.
