Description
*Discontinued as I've stopped playing Warhammer: Total War (Other modders feel free to use any stats/texture documents contained within)*


Mod I made to add a little more variety to unit selection (Unit count: 8). So far it adds:

7 new Empire units (also with custom officers):

Free Company - Infantry unit of irregular troops dual wielding melee weapons (Barracks level 1).

Free Company Pistols - Infantry unit of irregular troops armed with 1H melee and a pistol (Barracks level 2).

Free Company Spears - Infantry unit of irregular troops armed with spears and halberds (Barracks level 2).

Empire Archers - Missile unit of state troops armed with bow and arrows (Barracks level 1).

Empire Marines - Handgunner unit of state marines (Port level 2).

Peasant Levy - Farmers and laborers levied into a weak fodder unit (Barracks level 1).

Altdorf Company of Honour - Highly trained and prestigious halberdier unit from Altdorf (requires level IV Altdorf).

1 new Dwarf unit (with custom officer):

Dwarf Skirmisher - "Ranger" type dwarfs armed with axe, shield and a few throwing axes.

They're all still being tweaked, but should work in custom battles and campaign. This mod should also be compatible with most other mods, if you find one that conflicts let me know.

I plan to add more units in the future, as well as for other factions.

Known issues:

- Possible audio issues with weapons sound effects.

- Some units may need further balancing.

If you would be be able to update the mod it'd be awesome - your freecompany units were way more pretty than the new ones! I appreciate it's a lot of work though - but, y'know, if you could I'd be very grateful!

Like this mod but since the last update not all the units appear in the game anymore. Any chance for an update :)

Anyway you can reskin the Free Company Units, The Marines as well? Look a little dull but they are cool to use. Enjoy using the Free Company Pistols, just need a little more color variety to them.

Alright changed all the IDs just for the hell of it. Also Dwarf skirms have t2 and t3 it's just further down the list.

Actually now that i look further it seems a lot of the building unlocks have problems, peent levy and frecompany swords unlock at tier 1 then are unpurchasable at t2 then re unlock at t3. personally i just shoved 8 in front of all the ids and that fixed it for me. also skirmishers only have building id for t1 and not t2 or t3.
