This mod was done on request.
Only players can use this effect (on AI nations).

FEATURES
This mod allows you to change the culture of any neighbor province by using a diplomatic action.

You need to have a spy network in the specific country, which has at least a value/size of 45. Also the country has to be at peace.

After you send the diplomatic action, you have to choose the province, in which you want to change/convert the culture.
For a province to be listed/choosable, it needs to:
  • be owned by one of your neighbor countries
  • be controlled by that country (not by rebels or other nations)
  • not be that country's capital
  • have no siege
  • have a land border to one of your core provinces
  • not have your primary culture
  • not getting converted (with this mod) at the moment
  • not just be converted (with this mod)

If you choose a province, you need to pay the spy. The price is depending on the provinces development:
  • Dev. <11 -> 100 ducats
  • Dev. <21 -> 200 ducats
  • Dev. <31 -> 300 ducats
  • Dev. <41 -> 400 ducats
  • Dev. <51 -> 500 ducats
  • Dev. <61 -> 600 ducats
  • Dev. <71 -> 700 ducats
  • Dev. <81 -> 800 ducats
  • Dev. <91 -> 900 ducats
  • Dev. <101 -> 1000 ducats
  • Dev. >101 -> 1500 ducats

You will be able to use the diplomatic action again 15 years after you chose the province.

Normally it will take (ca.) 5 years til you will get an event, which tells you that the province's culture has been converted and the province will get a modifier for 10 years that makes it impossible to convert the culture again (+100,000% local culture conversion cost).
But your spy can also be discovered, which increases the time by 5 years, so it will take 10 years in total.

The chance for the spy to get discovered depends on the targets amount of prestige:
  • if the target has less than 0 prestige the chance to get discovered is 10%
  • if the target has between 0 and 33 prestige the chance to get discovered is 30%
  • if the target has between 33 and 66 prestige the chance to get discovered is 50%
  • if the target has more than 66 prestige the chance to get discovered is 70%

If your spy gets discovered you should get an event (after ~4 years) telling you that he got discovered. It will also change the target's opinion about you with -30 (yearly decay: ~3).

Could you do a mod the changes a random province in the target country for
-60 spy network
-Must have a neighboring core province

I was able to select the capital province of a country. But that country was from a primitive. It migrated before it could change culture.

Ich weiß nicht genau, was du mit der Reichweite für Schiffsnachschub meinst, aber:
"range" ist die Kolonialdistanz, nicht die core distance.
"distance" gibt es so nicht, aber "capital_distance" oder "border_distance"
"trade_range" könnte für den Handel gehen.

Ansonsten würde mir jetzt auch kein anderer Trigger einfallen.

Hey, ich bin grad dabei etwas zu testen und brauche eine kleine Hilfe. Mir fehlt noch ein Trigger und dann bin ich fertig.
Der Trigger soll feststellen ob das Zielland in Reichweite meines Nachschubs für Schiffe ist, in Reichweite meines "Coring Range" ist oder ob das Zielland innerhalb Reichweite meiner Handelsreichweite ist.
Ich habe dafür 3 Befehle gefunden aber keins funktioniert wie gewünscht...

OR = {

distance = ROOT
border_distance = ROOT
}

Wäre toll wenn du ein Trigger wie oben beschrieben machen könntest.

Also abhängige länder hab ich ganz raus genommen, d.h. die würden gar nicht in der liste auftauchen.
Das mit der Garantie wär schon machbar, nur kann man Garantien nicht per event aufkündigen, und wenn man das manuell macht, erhält man ja nen waffenstillstand von 5 jahren.

Außerdem besitzt das event ja schon 6 optionen, und mehr können so weit ich weiß nicht gleichzeitig angezeigt werden, d.h. irgendeine andere option müsste dann dadurch ersetzt werden.

Der Prozentwert ist bei dem Beispiel eigentlich nicht so von Bedeutung sondern einfach das mit der Garantie. Falls es noch möglich ist so was zu integrieren wäre es nett.
